Paattal Bhairavi is a 1985 Indian Bollywood film released on 1985. Ramu, the son of a gardener in Ujjain, acquires muscle and defeats a vain wrestler in a wrestling bout. This attracts the Rajkumari to him who insists on marrying him. The king jails him as he thinks Ramu is no match to her. The Rajkumari still persists in her love when the king ordains Ramu to acquire befiting wealth to deserve the Rajkumaris hand. Ramu secures an idol from goddess Pataal Bhairavi but a magician is after it too. In the keen tussle to secure the idol Ramu wins both the idol and the Rajkumari.
