Ecologically aware kids. Cute animals. Outlandish villains. Funny sidekicks. The combo should make for a film which hits the spot. But `Pangaa Gang’, which has all of these characters, and a few more, stays firmly in the zone in which Indian animated features are stuck : good ideas, not executed well enough.
