The concept of 'Pangira' is all about how rapidly Indian villages have grown, over a period of time. Old rural generosity and contented, silent village life - is now a History! Right from natural inhabitants to local politics - 'Indian village' has commutated and IS still changing from every aspect. Misuse of drinking and farming water, unimaginable carnage of natural resources by cutting down trees in and around villages is natural. Development is taking place, but with 'Zilla Parishads' and 'Panchayat Samitees', politics and corruption has become essential part of the system. At the last scene, a farmer, a common man, still does not get the price he gets paid off for his hard work. This is the movie of 'Pangira'.
