Banaras-founded Vidyadhar Archarya re-discovers to work as a Medical Illustrative in Mumbai. A real estate manager gets him a flat in the A-Wing of Sales Tax Colony and advises him that he could be expelled anytime due to astonishment attacks by the care section as job is only incomplete to government staffs. He yet changes in, and his first night is disturbed by his new neighbor, a Kolhapur-founded future model-singer, Mehak Malavde, who is flinging a late-night house-warming party, and many people ring his doorbell late in the night. Complaining, he protests to the watchman - to no benefit. The next day he protests to the building group and faces mockery. He decides to get even by live religious music - and is so chided by the very same group. Unfortunate with these turn of events - he is in for more tremors when he will find she has enthused in his room without consent after being dispossessed from her's.
