Pathbhola 1986

Pathbhola is a 1986 Indian Bengali drama film released on 1986. The film is directed by Tarun Majumdar.

Ravi, Suman, Rafi, Hara and Kala are five spoilt young men. Among them them Suman Mukharjee is from good family back ground. They are offered jabs by a bussinessman in a duplicate medicine factory. When police raids the factory they murder a policeman by firing and run away. They reach a silent place. One house is there where lives an old man and one young married lady. After some time they come to know that the old man was a freedom fighter and the lady named Abha is the wife of another freedom fighter Ajay. They become the members of their family. They get the valuable advice of the old man and affection of Abha like an elder sister. Rani, another young village girl also takes shelter in this family. By hard work they all start cultivation in the dry hard soil. They make a primary school for poor children. Suman and Rani come close to each other. One day they want to celebrate Abha's marriage day. On that day they come to know that Abha's husband Ajay died by police firing at the time of escaping from prison. Hearing this Abha kills herself. They celebrate harvest festival. Police arrests four friends except Suman. They say goodbye to other.
