Pavitra Ganga 1984

Pavitra Ganga is a 1984 Indian Bollywood film released on 1984. Devdutta who returned from a foreign tour starts a welfare work in his village such as provisions of amenities like drinking water, building of roads and naturally becames very popular. He mades friends, with a charming Harijan Girl Manjari but their parents who were burdened with caste considerations and did not like it. Devdutta leaves the village and settles, in Bombay where Dr. Geetha is intro- duced to him. They set up a nursing home and she wants to marry him but he does not reciprocate.
