Phillum City is a light-hearted story of a slum located just following to the real Film City, an academy complex including a studio at the middle of the Bollywood film trade. It trails the accidents, tricks and lives of its strange inhabitants as they try to part composed their own film - with the unknowing support of a Bollywood star, John Abraham. Raju, a spot boy (or an assistant) is all set to make a film on his mobile handset but its chief cast associate does not even have the smallest amount of hint that he's in it.
