Premyog is a 1994 Indian Bollywood drama film released on Aug 23, 1994. The film is directed by Rajiv Kumar Chowdhary, produced by Dabbu Agarwal under banner named Akruti Films Intl., music composed by Bappi Lahiri.
Maharaj Chatrapal Singh and his companion the Maharani are happy when they become proud mom and dad of a son the scion to the throne of Ramgad. Their glee is shortlived when the Palace Astrologer forecasts that Chatrapal will be the end of the Maharajas for Ramgad, and no throne is doomed for his son named Raju. Uneasy at this news, Chatrapal decides to save Raju from the world, and makes him lead anisolated life within the four walls of the palace and its surrounding place. Years after, Raju has grown up and his has arranged his wedding with a young lady of noble parentage. Raju is not happy with this decision, and agrees to run away with his bodyguard named as Gulshan.
