Prudhvi Narayana is a 2002 Indian Telugu action, drama film released on Aug 30, 2002. The film is directed by P Vasu, produced by Srihari under banner named Sashank Meghams Creations. Prudhvi (Sri Hari) is a sincere police officer and his family consists of a doting mother (Lakshmi) and dutiful wife (Vijaya Lakshmi). He gets transferred to Cherukuru, a notorious village where a landlord called Rayudu (Ranganath) runs a parallel government. Rayudu is none but the father of Prudhvi. Prudhvi's mother leaves Rayudu and stays along with her son, where as Rayudu is married to another woman (Siva Parvathy).During the auction of arrack shops, Narayana (Sri Hari) - a look-alike - makes a surprise entry.
