An out & out love story. The transformation of a loafer to a top level business excecutive. Ashok is a below average guy, whose daily routine consists of having fun with his friends & wasting his father's hard earned money. Accidentally the hooligan meets with the utterly decent Priya. His interest increases when he finds that Priya has a soft corner for every human being. Positively Ashok saves Priya's father unknowingly form an acute accident. Priya & Ashok become friends. But Ashok's restless & disastrous attitude towards life makes his parents tense & disgusted. His father becomes vociferous on the guilty. Things take a turn for the worse when Ashok & his friend are caught by his father, drinking & smoking in a bar. They also get cought by Ashok's father in the charge of bluffing & forging. The unemployed, spoilt Ashok is expelled from the house by the shell shocked father. Priya learns about all these. She leads a helping hand to the downtrodden man. Ashok undergoes a transformation. He acknowledges Priya's sincerity & integrity. He falls deeply in love with Priya not knowing that she already has a steady boyfriend in Rahul. Ashok proposes to priya. She blantantly refuses. A thunder struck Ashok threatens to commit suicide. Priya considers & evaluates Ashok's threats in solitude. After consulting Rahul she comes & says to Ashok that it he ever manages to acquire a respectable position in the social hierarchy on his own, then she would marry Ashok. This verbal contract changes Ashok. With his friends he takes initiative & starts a business by hiring and running hotel on lease. Fortune favours the brave. Ashok & his peers smell the scent of the most succersfull & respected hotelier in the entire business circuit. Mean while Ashok & Rahul become common friends not knowing that they pray for the some maid. But truth gets unraveled. Accidentally Rahul comes across Ashok's story of love.
