Story
Shalini (Aruna Irani) would like her daughter, Jyoti (Karishma Kapoor) to get married to the only son of a wealthy family whose name is Gulu alias Gulshan (Gulshan Grover). However, Jyoti does not like Gulu and would prefer to marry someone else. She meets Deepak (Rahul Roy), an eligible young, and wealthy man, and both fall in love with each other. She introduces Deepak to her mom, and she approves of this match. Shortly thereafter, Jyoti finds out that Deepak is not who is claims to be, and neither is he wealthy. He is the son of a mere chauffeur.
