Sat Na Gat 2013

Sat Na Gat is a 2013 Indian Marathi drama film released on Sep 13, 2013. The film is directed by Raju Parsekar, produced by Renuka Shankar Mitkari.
This is the story of a woman, Naami. She hails from a small village. Her life undergoes horrified changes just after she is sexually assaulted. The story is then twisted on how she doesn’t get the justice that she pleads. The story starts when a group of villagers who are sitting near a river sees a dead body. This dead body is of a very beautiful woman who is a mother of two. She also has a husband who is good-for-nothing. On one night, a police officer rapes her and she is sexually assaulted. Then one day, a reporter, Uttam comes to know about this and he narrates this incident to the editor Shinde. While the report thinks of giving justice to this woman, the editor wants to gain attraction of people on this issue. Even the local authorities want to cover this incident, as it would cause problems to them.
