The movie is about two friends of whom one turns out to be a heinous villain who is into getting back at his friend for having married the girl on whom he had a crush , manufacturing bio weapons and all that. Oh yes, he does go to the extent of manufacturing bio weapons to prove his anti-social capabilities. Now the hero friend has the responsibility to nail the bad guy and save the country and his wife in the process. Before we forget, the hero friend is an IPS and the bad one a Scientist.
