Jeeva plays dual role in this movie. Divya Spandana and Honey rose fills the gap of love chemistry for the heroes. Santhanam appears in an important role in this movie. The story is written by Sai Ramani. The music composition and soundtrack is handled by Mani Sharma. Balasubramaniem handles the cinematography and Venky handles the editing for this movie.

This movie comes with two important characters played by Jeeva. Ashok is a young lawyer, has a keenness for women and does all type of bad things. On the other hand, Shiva is a common fisherman who does all type of good things for the society. At one juncture in the story, Ashok kills his girl friend. Based on certain doubts, Ashok is dragged to the court by Shiva. But Ashok uses his brilliant professional skills in order to escape from the case. Even after losing the case, Siva believes that Ashok is a evil element in the society and should be eliminated for the good. Siva collects strong evidence against Ashok and again drags him to court. Ashok hires strongman to eliminate Siva. Will Shiva be killed? What will happen to Ashok? Will the childhood friends unite?

Jeeva has done justices in the dual role. He has enacted the good and bad character with much comfortably. He has performed will in the fight and dance sequences. Divya Spandana and Honey Rose has filled the romantic space for the heroes colorfully.
