Sudarshan Chakra 1956

Sudarshan Chakra is a 1956 Indian Bollywood musical film released on 1956. The film is directed by Datta Dharmadhikari.
The king of Danga Desa and his queen go for pleasure hunting. They happen to see a beautiful mare in the jungle. The king and queen wish to captivate the mare which was abivously untamed animal. The king runs after the mare and goes far off into the jungle. The queen remains behind. At about sunset the un-tamed mare turns into a beautiful girl. The king is surprised at what he sees. He learns later on that the beautiful girl is renowned `Urvashi the dancer. She is under the spell of a curse of Durvasa Raishi. She takes the form a mare in the day time and regains her human form at dusk. . The king falls in love with Urvashi at the first sight. He tries to keep his love affair a secret from his wife the queen but she suspects . Lord Krishna learns that the King fo Danga Desa owns a wonder mare. His wife and brother desire to have the wonder `mare. To respect their wishes, Lord Krishna sends a word to King of Danga Desa and demands the un-tamed animal. King of Danga refuses. Lord Krishan and his brother feel outraged that their demand was not complied with. They send an ultimatium to King of Danga Desa. The wonder mare should be surendered to Lord Krishna or a battle be fought are the terms of the ultimatium. To avoid the blood-shed in battle, the King of Danga Desa adbicates the throne and runs away with the wonder mare. He tries to seek refuge of neighbouring Kings. None but Pandavas offer him shelter. . Lord Krishna is disturbed. The Pndavas are very good friends of Lord Krishana. Why shoudl they give shelter to Danga Raja, thought Krishna. He warns the Pandavas. He demands that the Danga Raja and the wonder mare be handed over ot him. There is no justice in his demand, think Pnadavas.
