Sur: The Melody of Life 2002

Sur: The Melody of Life is a 2002 Indian Bollywood romance film released on Sep 13, 2002. The film is directed by Tanuja Chandra, produced by Pritish Nandy.

Vikramaditya Singh (played by Lucky Ali) is a professional in a music school where he, with others, burnishes every student's voice to make them stars. Vikramaditya is a famous and a very versatile singer, he is not clear with his creations; he is looking for a special individual. His heart longs for someone very special that, if worked on, would be a jewel that would be known as the most worthy graduate and world's best singer.

He co-incidentally meets with Tina (played by Gauri Karnik) who has a magical and soothing voice. He enrolls about her when she sings a prayer in church. Vikramaditya agrees to take her to his school where she can pay heed towards singing. As Vikramaditya polishes Tina's talent, she is attracted towards him. Slowly, he engraves her into a brilliant singer, and she comes out as a star. In spite of Vikramaditya's dream coming alive, he starts feeling envious when he discovers Tina's success. He is not able to consider the fact that she is superior than he is, so he starts competing with her. He starts collapsing her confidence, then dictating and overpowers her. Later, Vikramaditya realizes his blunders and compensates for it by letting her sing at a concert that was devoted to Vikramaditya.
