Surer Sathi 1988

Surer Sathi is a 1988 Indian Bengali drama,family,musical,romance film released on 1988. The film is directed by Tapan Saha.

A singer sanjoy mukherjee (tapas pal) was lived with his widow mother (madhobi chakroborty). One day he met a innocent girl sumita (deboshree roy) sanjoy and sumita fall in love with each other. Sumita's father (dilip roy) did not like it, he fixed her marriage with an another guy. But sumita did not agree with that. Sumita's father brought her to bhubaneswar. On the other side sanjoy wait for her letter, but he did not get any letter. Some antisocial tried to killed sanjoy by order of sumita's father. Sanjoy loss his vision and he became blind. But sumita came to know that sanjoy was died in an accident. On the other hand sanjoy's friend saibal (santu mukherjee) tried to cure him. Sanjoy misunderstood sumita. Sumita's father was ill on that time they pressurised sumita to get married. Sumita agree with that. But on the day of marriage sumita came to know that sanjoy was alive and she went to sanjoy's house to meet him. On that moment sumita's father was died and he donates his eyes to sanjoy. After operation sanjoy was totally cure and clear all misunderstanding.
