Story
The story revolves around Kantibhusan Bandyopadhyay's family. Amarnath and Devkumar's father Kantibhusan are businessmen. Now Amarnath looks after the business. Devkumar is an aspiring singer. Devkumar loves Rita. Kantibhusan's friend Avinash's daughter Lili comes in between. But Rita blackmails Devkumar and demands a ransom. Devkumar gets confused and to arrange for the money he takes a loan in an illegal way. Devkumar's family gets upset over this. Devkumar leaves home. Kantibhusan repays the loan by selling his house. Lili gives birth to a child and she dies. Devkumar gets a chance to prove his talent. He crosses many obstacles. On the other side Kantibhusan also dies and the business is on doldrums. Devkumar comes back and recovers their house when the auction is going on by bidding the highest amount. Hereafter they live together as a happy family.
