Tahalka 1992

Tahalka is a 1992 Indian Bollywood action film released on Aug 07, 1992. The film is directed by Anil Sharma, produced by K. C. Sharma.
General Dong (played by Amrish Puri) is an evil despot of a kingdom called Dongrila. He has kidnapped many girls and wants to use them for a strategy. One of his assistant is Dolly (played by Firdaus Dadi). She is the daughter of Major Krishna Rao (played by Mukesh Khanna). Krishna Rao selects the best team members named as Captain Aditya (played by Aditya Pancholi), Captain Ranvir (played by Naseeruddin Shah), Captain Captain Anju (played by Ekta Sohini) and Javed (played by Javed Jaffrey) and former degraded Major Dharam Singh (played by Dharmendra). These all men work together and free Dolly and other girls who are trapped in the dangerous net of General Dong.

Tahalka is an patriotic film where the Indian army is on a mission to capture the evil General Dong (Amrish Puri) of the kingdom of Dongrila city. The Indian army selects Major Krishna Rao (Mukesh Khanna) for this mission. And Major selects some talented soldiers for this mission - Capt. Ranbir (Nasseruddin Shah), Capt. Rakesh (Aditya Pancholi), Capt. Javed (Javed Jaffery) and Capt. Anju Sinha (Ekta). But Major Krishna Rao also selects a mastermind soldier Major Dharam Singh (Dharmendra) who was court-martialled from the Indian army for some injustice. Initially he was not ready to accept the mission as after the great tragedy in his life, he used to hate the army. But at the end he is finally convinced by the talented soldiers as it was for the country India and not just for his army. Will they be successful? Can they get the better of Dong?
