Radical writer Tanya Kapoor, who survives a rich lifestyle in Mumbai with her dad, Ravi, a discharged military captain, and mom, is offered with an honour. While doing investigation in her house, she comes through a text that displays that she was born in Bombay Hospital on August 24, 1986 to unidentified paternities. She, with the support of boyfriend, Jai Vishal Singh, along with Kuki, decides to look for her birth dad. A hunt of local public records direct that her father's first name begins with 'A', and they set out on a mission that will firstly take them to Pratapgarh in Rajasthan where she will encounter with Abhay Rana Pratap Singh as well as his traditional male-kid favouring family - who may be tangled in a plot of exchanging babies. Then she will travel all the way to Turkey to meet with Altaf Zardari and his wife, Zainab, who had become mentally unstable wife after being told that her child had perished shortly after being born. And finally to Goa to meet with gangster Anthony Costello - who denies ever being a father - but chooses to support her find her real parents - while his competitors meet together to take benefit of this situation.
