Rai Bahadur Roshanlal, the rich widower had a revengeful nature. He took his fathers revenge from his enemy Rupal by dynamiting his house and started building a big, palatial house named "Renu Mahal" on that very scorched earth for his only beloved daughter Renu. . One day, Renu wanted to have a joy ride in the Trolly Engine run by a young handsome driver Ravin but getting refusal from him, she took the courage of driving the Engine herself but while driving lost its control. Ravin saved her life and thus the romance between the two developed. . Rai Bahadur Roshanlal wanted her only daughter to be married in a rich family and thus he introduced one England-returned, empty headed Ashok to Renu. But Renu never liked him. She wanted to marry Ravin; the Trolly Driver. One day, there was a headed discussion between the Rai Bahadur and Ravin and there in heated arguments Ravin disclosed his identity of being the son of Rai Bahaburs old enemy Rupal. Rai Bahadur got shock of his life and tried to ruin Ravin by a nasty plot. He put in the head of his daughter Renu that Ravin only loved her due to her money and advised her to hate him. . But fate played a different game. For taking revenge from Ravin, Renu married him. Her father, due to hatred for his man got terrible shock of his life and got a fit of facial paralysis and pain of a fractured leg. RAi Bahadur refused to give his fatherly blessings to her. She left the house with Ravin but she made up her mind to commit suicide- as she formed an hatred towards Ravin due to her fathers putting a wrong notion in her head that he loved her money and not her.
