Tumi Kato Sundar is a 1988 Indian Bengali drama film released on 1988. The film is directed by Manoj Ghosh.

Determination and ambitions is the light of life. Without hope and ambition there is no way to progress in life. Amar is a beautiful singer. He wants to become a big and famous singer; it is also his father's ambition. Singing and love, both of them situated in his mind and heart. He loves his home-town girl Anupama, but to fulfil his dreams and ambition he went to Kolkata and preparing for his achievement. But there is no limit in love. Due to pre-marital sex, Anupama was pregnant. To meet Amar and to get married with him Anupama goes to Kolkata, but unfortunately she was not able to meet Amar and in between falls in marry problem. Finally she goes to Nepal with a father of Roman Catholic Church. On the other hand Amar took his all concentration to his ambition but he can't find his proper music in his singing. But with proper guidance of Guruji, he makes his dream and ambition successfully but can't find his love. In this reason he decided, he can't sing even after. But, inspiration of a little child, he sang his last song of his life in charitable function at Nepal. Support of the lyrics of the song he find his life that his love Anupama and also find his child and make his life happily ever after. How deeply the emotions, feelings, love, hope, determination have been learned. The movie "TUMI KATO SUNDAR" A fully emotional, musical family movie. The motto of the movie is without love, hope and determination there is no light in life.
