Story
Puneet saves Vishnu's life and they become friends. Puneet, an ad copywriter tells Vishnu that Don Ganpat is using him for his own benefits. Gangutaai wants Ganpat dead and for that she'll have to face Vishnu first. By the time Vishnu understands Puneet, it is discovered that Puneet's brother was the common chord between him and Puneet. Puneet's girl friend Agni (a police officer) arrests Gangutaai for which she wants Agni dead. Later the lives of Puneet, Agni, Vishnu, Ganpat and Gangutaai intersect resulting in a gang war. Puneet and Agni leave the city for Nainital in search of a peaceful future.
