Welcome 2007

Welcome is a 2007 Indian Bollywood comedy film released on Dec 21, 2007. The film is directed by Anees Bazmee, produced by Firoz A. Nadiadwala under banner named Base Industries Group.
This is the story of a guy and his effort how he turns down the underworld don into a good human being and gets married to the daughter from his family. Sanjana and Rajiv are in love with each other. But, Sanjana hails from a criminal background. And seeing this, Rajiv’s uncle is not happy with their marriage. So, Rajiv tells his uncle that he would change her family’s occupation. Sanjana and Raji then plans to impress her brothers. But, there are number of tedious complications that take place. Uday Shetty, Majnu and RDX are the real underworld dons who are living the life of criminals. But, Rajiv’s uncle Dr. Ghungroo is not at all happy with their living and therefore, he wants that all of these people should be brought on the right track. Then adding to the twist is Mallika Sherwat who is actually Dr. Ghungroo’s sister-in-law and she pretends to be Rajiv’s fiancée.
