Yeh Vaada Raha is a 1982 Indian Bollywood drama film released on Apr 09, 1982. The film is directed by Kapil Kapoor, produced by Ramesh Behl.
This is the story of Vikram and Sonia. Both are in love with each other. But, Vikram’s mother is against their marriage. Vikram is a student and Sonia is a singer. Sonia is an orphan. One day, Sonia and Vikram commit their feelings to each other and decide to get married to each other in a temple. Vikram;’s mother is not happy with their wedding, still they both live very happily. One day, in a car accident Sonia’s face is badly destroyed and seeking advantage of this situation, Vikram’s mother tells him that Sonia is killed. Now, Vikram loses all his interest in his living. But, one day with the help of his mother and his friend, Vikram now turns out to be the well know singer. In this, he opens a memorial palace for Sonia. Now, Sonia does a plastic surgery and is now known as Kusum. One day, Vikram meets Sonia and from that day, Vikram asks her to help her. Now, even after many refusals, Sonia helps him and then he comes to know the truth about Sonia. Later, Vikram’s mother also confesses the truth about Sonia.
