Story, Synopsis, Trivia, Dialogues for Yuva (2004)
Yuva is a tale of three men from three different stratas of society. Lallan Singh (Abhishek Bachchan) is a small-town goon who wants to rule this big bad world on his terms. He shares a strong love-hate relationship with his wife Sashi (Rani Mukherji). He works for his elder brother Gopal ( Sonu Sood ), who in turn works for minister Prasonjit Bhattacharya (Om Puri). Michael Mukherji (Ajay Devgan) is a college student, who wants to be a part of the system by joining the politics. He is an idealist and is ready to take it upon himself to clean the murky system. His lady love is Radhika (Esha Deol) whom he loves openly without fearing anyone, not even Radhika's uncle, who is Michael's close friend himself. Arjun (Viveik Oberoi) is a carefree chap, who wants to enjoy life at its fullest - by flirting with girls, by going to U.S. and earning in Dollars, and by facing life as it comes. When he comes back to Kolkata after completing his studies, he meets Meera (Kareena Kapoor) and falls for her wit and charm. He can't cancel his U.S. plans for anyone however. On the other hand, Michael is planning to stand in elections against Prasonjit. So, Prasonjit orders Lallan to kill Michael. One fine morning, Lallan shoots Michael thrice, but Michael still manages to survive thanks to Arjun who happens to be there when this event takes place. This one event changes the life of these young men in every which way. How?
