Chinmoy Ray is a Actor and also worked as Director, Lyricist, Dialogue, Screenplay, Music Director, Singer. Chinmoy Ray has mostly worked in Bengali and has worked in languages like Bengali, Hindi.
He is a Bengali actor. He was a comedian. He is known as a versatile actor. He stunned audiences with his performances in many movies. He is known for portraying many characters in many different movies. He shared screen with many different artists like: Soumitra Chatterji,Robi Ghosh and Tarun Kumar in the laugh-riots 'Basanta Bilap', 'Dhanni Meye','Nanigopaler Biye' etc. He was also known to have played a character in a short movie Satyajit Ray's "Goopy Gyne o Bagha Byne". He was known for delivering some beautiful and awesome characters. He used to bring life into those characters. He faced many issues with his health and that made him depressed since long. He still has been working on the movie called 'Sudama- The Half Man'.
