She was born to Attaullah Khan, a Yousafzai and her mother was Begum Ayesha. She has eleven siblings. Her father lost his job, so she took the responsibility of her family. She started doing acting in theatres and soon became an actress. She also acted in the Hollywood. She was seen in American magazine Theatre Arts.
