Purab Kohli is a Actor and also worked as Host. Purab Kohli has mostly worked in Hindi and has worked in languages like Hindi.
He is an Indian model and a VJ. He started his career with ’Hip Hip Hurray’. He gained recognition as a Video Jockeying on channel V. He then hosted the travel show ‘Gone India’. He also anchored ‘Sa re ga ma pa’. He also hosted the ‘Terra Quiz’ on National Geographic Channel. His films include: Bus Yun Hi (2003), Supari (2003), Vastu Shastra (2004), and 13th Floor (2005), My Brother…Nikhil (2005), Woh Lamhe and as a villain, Awarapan. He also acted in Rock On! He is currently doing Jal movie. His father is an hotelier and his mother is a corporate teacher. He completed his schooling from Pune, Maharashtra in various schools of St. Stanislaus and The Bishop's School. He switched his education from Pilot, then from Science to commerce and then finally to Arts. His uncle is the filmmaker Shekhar Kapur. Purab was also a contestant in Jhalak Dikhla Jaa.
