After doing some sexy roles, she was bit choosy in selecting the roles she wanted. She had worked in the movies such as Prem Parvat (1973), Haar Jeet (1972), and the famous political film Kissa Kursi Ka (1977). She got married to writer-director B. R. Ishara.
