Biography
He was born on 11 May 1950. He was a film actor known for his work in the Bollywood and Marathi movies. He is the recipient of the Filmfare Award for Best Performance in a Negative Role in 1991 for Sadak. He was born in Ahmednagar. He was born in Maharashtrian Brahmin family. Sadashiv’s first film was Ardh satya, which won him a filmfare award. He had worked in more than 300 movies. He did movies in languages like Marathi, Hindi, Bengali, Haryanvi, Telugu, Oriya and Tamil. He was also a theatre artist. He worked with many well-known Bollywood celebrities. He is known for his roles in the films Aankhen, Coolie No. 1, Ishq, Gupt: The Hidden Truth, Jai Hind, Aunty No. 1, Master and Hum Saath-Saath Hain: We Stand United.
