  This serial was produced to celebrate the 100 years of Indian cinema. It was shown on Colors and was aired from Monday to Saturday at 8 pm. The show’s lead pair was Drashti Dhami and Vivan Dsena. This is the story of Madhubala who is born to her mother on the film sets. After this, the serial takes a leap and Madhubala grows. Madhubala works as a beautician to feed her family and her sister along with her mother lives in a chawl. She hails from a very rich family who wants to kill her just because her mother is going to deliver a girl child. It is in this story, she meets with a superstar RK both of them are engaged in a fight. Now with much melodrama, RK marries Madhubala in a public ceremony. Initially, she hates him and she decides to get separate from him. But Madhubala after realizing RK’s good nature she starts feelings soft corner from him. She decides to confess her feelings for him and even he decides to confess his feelings for him. But in the story enters, Madhubala’s father who comes to know about his daughter’s well being with RK. He is behind her and decides to kill her. But in this, it is RK who kills her father and frees her. Then Madhu and RK decides to start a new life. But every time destiny separates these two and brings a new twist in the story. Then there is a phase, when both Madhu and RK decide to marry. But after this, Rk’s life turns into mess and he is paralyzed. As a result of this, to suffer from the financial loss, Madhu decides to sign a picture. She decides to do a movie and get back RK’s firm and property. But in this, the movie turns out to be a blockbuster and this in turn makes Madhubala hit. People ask Madhubala to continue her filmy career, but she decides to quit just because RK is jealous o her. She decides to be a housewife and live happily. Then in the story, Madhu gets pregnant and she delivers a baby girl. She gives birth to a daughter, Madhubala on the sets of movie just like her mother. So, she decides to name her Madhubala. However, in an explosion, the family dies and Madhubala (her daughter) survives in the explosion by her grandmother. Her grandmother takes her to another place and she feeds her granddaughter. The story then takes leap of years, and she grows up and has a crush on Abhay Kumar. He is the rival of RK. She goes to Mumbai in search of a job and she assists Abhay. But in her journey, destiny has something else reserved in her fortune. Abhay and Madhu falls in love with each other, but after he comes to know that he is her rival’s daughter, he decides to seek revenge and gets her married to some other guy.
