  My review of Veera (Star Plus) by bangreaayushi

  This is the story of Ranvir and his half sister Veera. Veera is Ranveer’s stepmother daughter. But Ranvir likes sisters very much and he too wants a sister. After Ranveer’s father leaves his mother and him, he decides to take care of Veera. Veera is a newly born baby girl who is taken care by her brother Ranvir. He treats her like his own princess and introduces her to his family. Initially, his mother avoids her but later she develops feelings for Veera and decides to let Veera live with them. Then in the story, takes years leap and the baby girl Veera grows under the care of her brother Ranvir. Ranvir takes her to school and also accompanies her everywhere with him. He looks after her and he cares for her. Veer also likes her ‘Veerji’ and she decides to be with him till the end. Veera’s enemy is Baldev who lives in the same village and he is also of the same age as Veera. Then in the story it is Veera’s mother who decide to get her admitted to Delhi for giving her quality education. Ranvir gives farewell to her sister with a strong heart and takes this decision for her betterment. Veer gets depressed because she is getting separated from her brother yet to fulfill her brother’s wish, she decides to take this step. The serial again takes years leap. Then all the characters in the serial are matured enough and now it is the time to get them married. Ranvir falls in love for Gunjan, who is Baldev’s sister. But Gunjan wants to get married to an NRI. Meanwhile, it is now the time to bring Veera back to her place and Ranvir decides to go and escort her. Veera is very happy that she is going home with her Veerji and also desires to make full utilization of her skills which she had learned these years. There she meets with her family and also Baldev. Baldev is still the same. He is mischievous and a complete bad boy who irritates Veera. There starts Veera’s and Baldev tom and jerry chase. On the other end, Veera tries every possible thing to set up a good agricultural firm in her village and in this Ranvir also helps her. Ranvir co-incidentally gets married to Gunjan. But he cannot confess his love for her and she is heart-broken. It is after their marriage, Gunjan realizes a soft corner for Ranvir and she confesses her love for him. Now, Veera goes to Poland for seeking some training and in this journey, Baldev accompanies her. Slowly both of them end up in falling for each other and both of them confess their loves for each other. On the other hand, Ranvir goes to Mumbai to fulfill his dreams of becoming a singer and she wins a concert. Slowly, Veera admits Ranvir about her love for Baldev. Initially, Ranvir is angry on this but later decides to get her married to Baldev. But on the day of her wedding something strange happens and this establishes cracks between Veera and Ranvir and also Baldev. Want to know more? Stay tuned.
