Aghaat is a 1985 Indian Bollywood drama film released on 1985. The film is directed by Govind Nihalani, produced by Manmohan Shetty under banner named Neo Films, music composed by Vanraj Bhatia.

This is the story of a man named as Madhav Verma who is the responsible person and the union leader of his organization. He maintains each and every person in his organization and assures that they are given the best facilities, so that they can work together. But, Madhav Verma has a rival named as Rustom Patel who wants to get him out of the organization and sees to it that thing in his favor. So, he traps many plots against him and then one day, there are many mishaps that take place in the factory. The mishaps are all done by Rustom and he puts the blame on Madhav assuring that he gets out of the factory, so that he can run and rule the factory by his regulations.
