Dajiba is a straight-simple and god-fearing farmer. His companion, Rukmini, is very proud of the Marathi culture. She has two yet to be wedded sisters, Sharu and Netra. She is searching for two Marathi boys for her sis. But the two younger sisters fall in love and are getting attracted to Non - Maharashtrian boys. When Rukhmini comes to know she gets aggressive and refuses to give permission for the marriage. Dajiba tries to prompt Rukhmini. After consistent efforts she finally says yes for the wedding.
