Alladdin And The Wonderful Lamp is a 1978 Indian Bollywood film released on 1978. Alladdin, a happy youth is iveigled into the schemes of Samri, unscrupulous sorcerer who wants to possess the magic lamp. Aladdin gets the lamp of Samri but is warned by the genie that Samri is an evil-hearted imposter. Alladdin falls in love with princess of the land whose father, the real king is imprisoned by the Vazir and his son. He saves bothe the King and the daughter and marries her. Samri manages to grab the magic lamp and Alladins wife but he captures them back to live happily. - The wicked magician, Samri was in search of an honest man (Alladin) to secure the Magic Lamp for himself. Shimran, was in love, the princess but the king did not accept his offer. He, and, his father, the vazir impriosned him and a shoe-maker became the King! Alladdin was arreste and ordered to leave the kingdom. The princess fell in love, with chivalrous Aladdin. . Samri convinced Aladdin, that he was his long lost Uncle and took him, to the mountain cave, to get the Magic Lamp. He succeeded in getting the lamp, but refused to part with it. Samri imprisoned him there. Aladdin rubbed the Lamp, the Genie appeared, escorted him, back to his home. Aladdin, then, changed his humble abode, into a mansion. . On the princesss birthday, Aladdin, and Baglool, came to the Darbar, as Qawals. Shriman arrested Aladdin, when he went, to meet Princess, and tortured him, to pressurise, the Princess to marry him. Aladdin, escaped from there. . Aladdin accused Shrimran, and the Vazir of foul play. The real king appeared, and humbled the bogus king, the shoe-maker.
