Arjun Pandit is a 1999 Indian Bollywood action, romance film released on Aug 20, 1999. The film is directed by Rahul Rawail, produced by N. R. Pachisia under banner named Ratan International, music composed by Dilip Sen-Sameer Sen.

Arjun Dixit lives a middle class and common man life in the area of Bombay India. All is well for him until one day he gets up Nisha, and subsequently falls head over heels in attraction with her. She is also deeply in love to him, and he announces that he wants to wed her at any cost. That's when Nisha shows her true sentiments and originality, entraps Arjun in a web of fraud, which converts this world, simple­minded boy,God­fearing individual, to one of Bombay's most ferocious, and notorious crook named Arjun Pandit. A dying man named Shiva later tells the Bombay Police, as to how this innocent, simple­minded young man named Arjun became a rude­less crook in the eyes of the law.
