Avinash is a police inspector who wins the wrath of the norotious anti-social Pratap. The informer had a tape which secretly recorded Pratap's demonstration of the plan of bomb blasting in several places of India on 15th August. The tape falls into a drum and Avinash has no knowledge of it. Pratap kills Avinash's mother and paralises his brother. Avinash is beaten so badly that he loses his memory. After the murder of Nisha, Alka is appointed to act as Avinash's wife. Coincidentally, Sapna, Avinash's fiancee is successful in bringing back Avinash's memory. At last the tape is found. Avinash goes to the terrorist's den by a helicopter, demolishes the place and kills all the terrorists including Pratap.
