Baadshah is a 1999 Indian Bollywood comedy film released on 1999. The film is directed by Abbas-Mustan, produced by Bhawar Jain under banner named Venus Records & Tapes Ltd., music composed by Anu Malik.

K. Jhunjhunwala would like to locate his gone away/runaway girl called Seema Malhotra, so that he can get her wed to Nitin Dharampal, a prominent business tycoon, Mahindra, would like to agree with his daughter, Sonu's snatchers, and secure her freedom. And the Central Bureau of Investigation would like to secure the life of Chief Minister Gayatri Bachchan under the objective code­named "Maa", and the CBI Officer in allegation to be code­named "Baadshah". Now Baadshah happens to be an inept and out of work Private Investigator, who has decided to assist Jhunjhunwala and Mahindra, and while doing so is misled for the CBI Agent, ends up working for the clippers, and must follow Gayatri or end up losing his team of four fellow­clods, and Mahindra's girl. What results is hilarious turmoil, with no one knowing what the other is doing what, and each one being each other's determinant(s). To make the conditions worse Jhunjhunwala is not really Seema's daddy, but someone else with an ulterior mission.
