Badsha The King is a 2004 Indian Bengali adventure film released on 2004. The film is directed by Shankar Ray, produced by Suman Kumar Das under banner named Burima Chitram, music composed by Ashok Bhadra.

Shaktinath (Rajesh Sharma) and Monimala(Labony Sarkar) belong to a rich family. Shaktinaths father deprived him from the family business because of his rude ways and tried to get Monimala married. But Monimala loved another boy whom she married without her fathers consent. After her marriage Monimala realises that she made a big mistake, her husband is actually a criminal. One day he is shot in front of Monimala and their five year old daughter Titli. After this Monimala returns to her father's house, who does not forgive her but gives all his wealth to Titli. Sushovan Dutta (Mrinal Mukherjee) becomes the solicitor. Shaktinath cannot accept this and takes over the responsibility of managing Titli's wealth as he knows that Sushovan is a greedy man. Titli is brought up in the care of her mother and uncle. Once some criminal try to murder Titli (Koyel Mallik) but she is saved by Badsha (Prasenjit). Badshah and Titli fall in love with each other and Badsha promises to be her saviour. Initially they misunderstand Shaktinath and think that he is trying to kill her, but later they realize that all attacks have been made by Sushovan. In the end, Sushovan is arrested and Shaktinath gives his consent to Badshah and Titli's marriage.
