Story, Synopsis, Trivia, Dialogues for Bas Yun Hi (2003)
Kabir (Sameer Malhotra), Saraswati (Sandhya Shetty), Sona (Tanisshtha Chatterjee), Rohan (Rajiv Gopalkrishnan), Tara (Parmita Katkar) and Aditya (Purab Kohli) are a group of urban friends, each of whom have their own lifestyle, principle and values. Saraswati is Sameer's girl friend, while Tara and Rohan are engaged to each other. One day, Aditya finds Rohan's 'Kundli' in which he finds a description of the woman Rohan is destined to marry. He is shocked as Tara doesn’t even remotely match with the given description. After getting to know of the entire situation, Aditya decides to play a prank on Rohan. He introduces him to Veda (Nandita Das), a young pretty woman and tries to bring them closer. After a while, Even Rohan begins believing that Veda is the ideal girl for her. Little does he know that all this is a big setting made by his own friend, who however has had no such intentions of hurting his sentiments.
