Story, Synopsis, Trivia, Dialogues for Before The Rains (2009)
The story starts with Henry and T.K, two friends working on establishing a road in rural Kerala. The story starts with the romance of Henry and his housemaid Sajani. After few days, both Henry and Sajani are married to different partners and both are aware of their marriages. Henry's wife and son both, returns from their vacation in England. Sajani is always neglected by Henry, but he assures that he is still in love with her.
Sajani's husband finds out about her infidelity and dominates and brutally beats her. Sajani then goes to Henry’s house; Henry takes the help of TK and asks Sajani not return in their lives. Sajani does not believe T.K. Then, the story has many twists and turns. Sajani shoots herself. Then soon after this, her body is thrown in the waterfall. Then, the story is further mysterious. Sajani’s dead body is found and further Henry and T.K are exposed. There comes a time when, Henry and TK turn against each other. The story is further twisted.
