Story
Ravi Bahadur Hiralal (Kapoor) is a rich banker. Unfortunately , his son, Nanhe, gets kidnapped and he almost lost everything. A Blind beggar Surdas (K C Dey) finds the kid and he brings him home to his wife. Years pass by, Nanhe grows up to be Dipak (Pahari Sanyal). He falls in love with Roop (Uma Devi), daughter of Mr. Tewari (Babulal). Surdas works in a theatre as a singer. One day Dipak comes to know that Surdas is not his father. In a state of shock, he runs away from home and meets with an accident. He suffers from amnesia forgets everyone. Roop Kumari tries to remind him about the olden days. Surdas, on the other hand, enacts Dipak's life as a drama in order to bring back his memory. Dipak gets back his memory and father and son are reunited.
