The film is about two kids, Tabul and Tinni who are brother and sister and are extremely mischievous and very smart. They are always up to some mischief. On a trip to Digha one day, their nosy side leads them to investigate a case where a guy, Lalkamal was bumped off by his evil brother and his associates because of property related matters. The only difference - Lalkamal is a ghost and a friendly ghost at
that. He assists the kids in tackling his evil brother when the brother comes to know what the kids are up to when they come to know the truth after going through Lalkamal's diary.
