Rina (Rituparna), a stickler for discipline, punctuality and all things right, falls in love with Nikhil (Tota), a carefree and independent wild-life enthusiast. After eight years of marriage and one daughter, their inherent differences surpass their love for each other. Rina finds Nikhil’s happy-go-lucky attitude irresponsible, while Nikhil finds Rina’s insistence on discipline suffocating. Rina leaves Nikhil along with her daughter and decides to divorce him. But, when Rina’s old flame, Anik (Indrajit) reappears in her life, a love-triangle begins, turning their lives topsy-turvy with hilarious results.
