Calapor is a 2013 Indian Bollywood film released on Aug 02, 2013. The film is directed by Dinesh P. Bhonsle, produced by Durga Prasad , music composed by Arjuna Harjai.

While Calapor starts off well, it drops hold in no time and tops up being lacklustre and insignificant. Major fault being, it all looks very expedient. The infamous jailbirds look noble and humorous enough to pass for jokers in a circus, even before Kathak dancers Jyotsna (Rituparna Sengupta) and Ragini (Binni Sharma) go in the Central Jail in Calapor, Goa with an intention of improving these dangerous offenders. The prisoners are obliging, but Jyotsna is unwilling about the initiative, as for her, accepting the task would be reviving old injuries. She takes up the task however, but gets spooky by her anxious past.

When unwilling Jyotsna, an entertainer with her associate Ragini reach in Calapor Central Jail to conduct an art program for prisoners, started by a very genuine and dedicated improver Jail Supervisor, Karunakar, the distressing past of a criminal husband who cheated her and a criminal son who ran away, returns to irritate her. With hardship comes an occasion; a second chance that Jyotsna as a mother cannot give to lose or fail to flourish
