A brave police officer puts on various disguises in this James Bond-like adventure film to unearth a murderous gang which is geaded by a man knwon as the "Scorpion". In his adventure the youth at various times saves a young girl Rita - daughter of one of the murdered members of the gang who knows the secret of a hidden treasure The officer also avenges the murder of his father. The film revolves around Chhaila Babu and Rita. Chhaila saves Rita from an accident, when she was vacationing in Kashmir. Rita returns to Bombay, after her father has been murdered. Chhaila follows her and proposes marriage to her but Rita doubts him and somehow thinks that he has murdered his father.
