Chillar Party is a 2011 Indian Bollywood family,children film released on Jul 08, 2011. The film is directed by Vikas Bahl, produced by Ronnie Screwvala under banner named UTV Spotboy, music composed by Amit Trivedi.
When an operative of Mumbai's Chandan Nagar leaves, he is substituted by a kid, Fatka, who has a stray dog, Bhidu (a.k.a. Friend). There is no lodging provided for this poor child, so he and his domesticated decide to make a wild old-fashioned car their new house. There is some anger from the kids of the building, but Fatka gets known in the cricket group after he proves his bowling abilities. An accidental social visit by a politician, Shashikant Bhide, consequences in implementation of new civic regulation to arrest all stray dogs, and the kids decide to be in competition with it. Their effort to get 31 signatures from inhabitants goes out to be in hopeless, and they decide to launch a unique remonstration. Shashikant puts burden on Chandan Nagar's society Secretary, Tandon, as well as presents his own promotion to apply the regulation and safeguard Bhidu's imprisonment.
