Chittagong is a 2012 Indian Bollywood drama, action, war film released on Oct 12, 2012. The film is directed by Bedabrata Pain, produced by Bedabrata Pain under banner named Jonai Production Feature, music composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.

This movie is set in the turbulence of the 1930’s British India. A 14 years old boy known as Jhunku is the leading character in the movie. This boy follows his journey to see where, his future belongs to him. The movie also shows that, the British army is defeated by the ragtag army. This army comprises of school boys and their teachers and the entire staff of the schools. The movie shows the boy’s journey and the way he is also intended to join the movement. The movie’s leading character Jhunku plays the role very well. He has done justice for the movie and is worth appreciation.

Jhunku’s world is turned into the upside down character; this character has to deal with the current and past scenarios of how his life will get molded. Then, Jhunku has to fight and clear his self-doubts. The story is put forward showing how the leaders of the movement are killed and are caught. Then, Jhunku fights for his rights and their rights. The movie has got a slightly different concept with nothing to utter much, yet very much. The movie is an exciting story to watch based on the action-drama which is made relevant depending on the concept and techniques.
