Police Inspector Sunil Rana foils an attempted hijacking but is suspended. Soni is kidnapped and rapped by a gange of four and Burqi is falsely implicated in the crime. Sunils friend Insepctor Rohan Sinha arrestes Burqi but in the ensuing encounter one of the gansters, Yogesh, is killed. Yogeshs father Dr. Singh, swears vengeance and kills Rohan.
